Booking to Pickup
Booking takes two minutes on 027 446 1253. Tell us the item, where it sits, and your address anywhere in Christchurch or Canterbury. We will agree a pickup window within our Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 7:30pm hours and collect it from wherever it is — inside included.
Fridges and freezers need the doors secured and food removed before pickup; everything else just needs to be accessible. If stairs are involved, mention them on the call so the crew arrives prepared.
Some items carry disposal requirements — fridges with refrigerant gases, TVs with leaded glass, anything with a battery inside. That is our problem, not yours: we dispose of collected items through the proper channels. Just ask when you book if you are unsure about a particular item.
